Rostselmash presents Russian harvester-building in Jordan

On March 7-9, Expo-Russia JORDAN the 10th Russian-Jordanian Industrial Exhibition is held in Jordanian capital Amman. The exporting potential of the Russian agricultural machine-building is presented by the Rostselmash Company. The forum participants and guests can get familiarized with modern models of harvesting materiel in the Company’s booth. Video-presentation of the Company’s production facilities is also held for them.

Rostselmash takes a part in Expo-Russia JORDAN not the first time. It is connected with the fact, that Jordan is the large Middle East Business-Center, with which the Company maintains close friendly relationship for more than a decade. Since 1975, Rostselmash delivered about 1500 of harvesting machines to this region. The Jordanian, Libyan, Egyptian, and Syrian peasants are among the consumers of the Rostselmash materiel. The largest deliveries were carried out to Iraq and Iran — more than 1000 and 200 correspondingly. The last delivery to the region was in 2002, when Rostselmash sold more than 50 NIVA grain harvesters.

The Rostselmash participation in the Russian-Jordanial business-forum is also normal this year. It is the logical continuation of expanding the economical collaboration program of the both countries being discussed during the January visit of Dmitry Medvedev, the President of the RF, to Jordanian Kingdom. The parties marked the agriculture among the major directions of collaboration development. That is why one of the exhibition thematic sections is machine-building, including agricultural one. Besides, the practical seminar for discussion of issues of delivering the Russian agricultural materiel to the Middle East countries will be held in the Jordanian Ministry of Agriculture within the frames of the business-forum. The Rostselmash representatives also take a part in course of this seminar upon the invitation of the organizers.
