Rostselmash Is Developing Its Dealer Network in Europe

On 25 October, a cooperation agreement will be signed between OPTICOM (a Bulgarian company) and Rostselmash. 

The new official dealer will represent the manufacturer in Bulgaria. The partner will provide a full package of services from selling the machinery to warranty and post-warranty servicing. The agrarians will be able to choose any machine from the Company’s product portfolio, which includes over 150 models and modifications of 24 types of machinery, including grain and forage harvesters, tractors, sprayers, forage procurement and grain processing equipment. Skilled service engineers of the dealer have been trained and certified according to the requirements of Rostselmash standards. They will be able to solve any problem when visiting the customer — find out the cause of failure, remove it in the shortest possible time, provide operation recommendations. The service department will provide a full range of services, including assembly and putting into operation of the new machinery. Repair of the machinery is provided both in the field and in the service area of the branch, not only in the intense period of agricultural works but also in the off-season.

The dealer AgroBul, which used to represent the interests of Rostselmash in Bulgaria, now receives the status of a sub-dealer having the competencies for providing full servicing and sale of spare parts.
