Innovative Products of Rostselmash at Agritechnica 2017

On 11 November, Agritechnica 2017 international exhibition opened in Hannover. Rostselmash presented a number of high-performance agricultural machines and innovative products at its stand. Every year, Rostselmash takes massive efforts not only in the sphere of improvement of its agricultural machines but also in the area of information technologies.

 Yesterday, the Russian government delegation headed by Peter Chekmarev, Director of Crop Growing, Mechanisation, and Crop Protection Department paid an official visit to the international exhibition. Having looked over the agricultural machines presented at the stand, Mr. Chekmarev took a personal test drive in the simulator cab of TORUM grain harvester and familiarised himself with the electronic systems of Rostselmash presented at the stand.

 Following the results of the visit, he noted that innovative development and modernisation of the domestic industry are impossible without development of information technologies, introduction of specific software at enterprises, creation of digital production platforms. Currently, Rostselmash meets this challenge with 100% success, annually developing knowledge-intensive production, using cutting-edge technologies, which directly depends on the speed and quality of harvesting.
