Romanian Sessions of Rostselmash

13 July 2017

Rostselmash is conducting a series of demonstrations of the grain harvesting machinery in Romania.

The first tour has been conducted at the Nicolae Titulescu farming facilities. In cooperation with its regional partner the manufacturer has presented its top model RSM 161. These harvesters are designed for harvesting all traditional grain crops — spiked cereals, bean cultures, oil plants, cereal and arable crops. The productivity of such harvesters is approximately 45 t/h making it up to 2,000 ha per season.

Equipped with the grain header and rape attachment, these harvesters were employed at the rape harvesting and proved it as very effective machines.

The invited heads of successful farming enterprises noted the smooth technological process and high-quality threshing. “I am satisfied with the result. I need the powerful machines just like those we were shown”, said Iris Titulescu.

During this week Rostselmash is planning 3 more tours. They are to be held in various seeding regions of Romania where the farmers will be demonstrated the capabilities of the TORUM harvesters featuring the Advanced Rotor System.
